There is a new group starting at the Saturday Center, open to men and women from all walks of life seeking support from others. This group is offered at a low fee. Group therapy can be a nice compliment to work done in individual therapy, and is beneficial on its own as well. Many find that group therapy expands and deepens the work done in individual therapy as witnessing the process of other group members can deepen insight about one's own patterns of thought and behavior.
